PSN teacher Rossana Chiarella wins Hispanic Education honor

Palm Springs North Elementary School teacher Rossana Chiarella, was one of three teachers awarded for the Hispanic Heritage Elementary Excellence in Education award. Chiarella was honored in a ceremony where Governor Rick Scott awarded her at his estate in Tallahassee. One teacher from elementary school, one from middle school and one from high school were recognized in the entire state. She is pictured with Governor Scott and his wife, Ann, at a ceremony.
