Resident Adrianna Zambrano graduates as Salutatorian from Archbishop McCarthy

Adrianna Zambrano, daughter of Miami Lakes residents Barbara and Dr. William Zambrano, graduated from Archbishop McCarthy High School in the Excelsior Scholars program as Salutatorian with a 5.37 grade point average.

She is a National Merit Scholar, an AP Scholar with Distinction, and has received National Hispanic Recognition, Archbishop McCarthy Academy Maverick Award, Silver Cord Community Service Award, and a member of multiple honor societies. 

Zambrano graduated as Valedictorian from Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic School and is a Lector at Our Lady of the Lakes Church. 

Her field of interest in Science and was accepted to Johns Hopkins University, Emory University, Georgia Tech, University of Miami and Pepperdine University. She will be attending Rice University in Houston and was awarded the Trustee Distinguished Scholarship.
