In late September, the administration at Mater Lakes Academy took seven students to a special lunch at Carrabba’s Italian restaurant to recognize them for their outstanding achievement in receiving perfect scores in the FSA and EOC exams in the 2015-2016 school year.
Helen Ho received two perfect scores, one in sixth grade FSA English Language Arts and the other in sixth grade FSA Mathematics. David Lopez received a perfect score in the sixth grade FSA English Language Arts. Adriana Gonzalez received a perfect score in eighth grade English Language Arts. Octavio Calvo and Gabriela Diaz-Tang received perfect scores in Biology 1 EOC. Gillian Peraza and Felipe Gomez received perfect scores in US History EOC.
“We are very proud of our students and cannot wait to see them excel further academically at Mater Lakes Academy and beyond,” said principal Rene F. Rovirosa.
