Six Mater Lakes Academy students graduated with their Associates of Arts from Doral College during their second Commencement Ceremony that was held on Wednesday, May 25. While completing their high school diploma these six students were enrolled in Doral College in addition to enrollment in Advanced Placement classes and in Dual Enrollment courses.
Melissa Perez is graduating with a 4.969 GPA and will be attending Brown University. Pedro Munoz is graduating with a 5.288 GPA and will be attending Cornell University. Isaac Alonso is graduating with 5.053 GPA, Vanessa Acebal with 5.106, Karyna Villalba with a 5.157, and Jayme Garces with a 4.397, and all four will be attending the University of Florida.
