On October 30th, Miami Lakes Vice Mayor Manny Cid and Councilmembers Ceasar Mestre and Tony Lama participated in the Principal for the Day event at local Miami Lakes' schools.
Principal for the Day is an annual tradition that engages business and community leaders as principals for a day in an effort to build long-term partnerships that benefit both the students and the community.
Cid served as Principal for the Day at Bob Graham Education Center, while Councilmember Ceasar Mestre was at the helm at Miami Lakes Educational Center and Councilmember Tony Lama was the leader for a day at Miami Lakes K-8 Center.
