Miami-Dade Public School Board chair Perla Tabares Hantman, Superintendent Alberto Carvalho, Mayor Manny Cid, Miami Lakes council members, Bob Graham Education Center students, faculty, parents, District officials and community members came together to lead the 2018 “Walk Your Children to School Day.” The International Walk to School Day is a global event involving communities in more than 40 countries walking and biking to school on the same day.
