The Graham Companies has announced changes in leadership, as it moves towards its fourth generation of family leadership. Stu Wyllie has stepped down as President and CEO, succeeding Carol Wyllie as Chair of the Board.
Luis Martinez, has been named CEO, while longtime Chief Financial Officer Andre Teixeira, has been promoted to President.
The moves usher the fourth generation of Graham family leadership. While titles will change, company leaders say its commitment to its employees, to its long-term success, and to the Town of Miami Lakes - the community the Graham family master-planned and opened more than six decades ago - remains unchanged.
“As The Graham Companies approaches its 95th anniversary, the fourth generation of the Graham family (Andrea Graham Rechichi, Laura Ratliff, Philip Wyllie, Danny Martinez, Mike Martinez and Katie Martinez) continue to take on leadership roles across the company and serve on its Executive Committee.” Stu Wyllie said. “Together with the company’s leadership team, they will build on the strong foundation laid by the three generations before them, with the same commitment to the residents and businesses of Miami Lakes that has guided the company for nearly a century.”
In addition to becoming Chair of the Board, Wyllie will continue to oversee the company’s agricultural operations.
“Stu guided the company with a steady hand through years of growth, and his wisdom and experience remain invaluable,” Luis Martinez said.
Martinez, a third-generation member of the Graham family, will set the company’s strategic direction while continuing to lead its ongoing development projects.
Andre Teixeira is a 24-year veteran of the company and its longtime Chief Financial Officer. His experience as CFO has touched virtually every part of the business, and he will now lead the Commercial, Residential and Hospitality divisions.
Milly Garcia Chica has been promoted to CFO. She joined the company more than three years ago and has led its accounting operations as Vice President of Accounting.
