Kids can enjoy ping pong, air hockey, board games and more engaging activities under the watch of supervised staff. July 21, 24, 28 and 31 Summer Open Fishing Fun The Town of Miami Lakes will once again host fishing at the Optimist Park Marina during the summer. Bait, poles and safety vests are included for those signing up. Miami Lakes Optimist Park, 6411 Northwest 162 St. Wednesdays 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Sundays 9 a.m. to noon. Free. July 25 Senior Field Trip to loanDepot Park, home of the Miami Marlins Join the Elderly Affairs Committee to cheer on the Miami Marlins as they take on the Baltimore Orioles. Open only to residents 65+, seating is limited and reservations are required. Guests must show identification.
