Florida International University’s Biscayne Bay campus recently hosted a multi-agency emergency event highlighted by rescue efforts by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, where officials participated in an exercise, combining land, sea, and aviation activities and training. The event was an opportunity for public safety agencies to train and experiment with new technologies that can help save lives after a storm or watercraft accidents.
