Staff members from the Office of U.S. Congressman Mario Diaz-Balart will be on hand to discuss federal issues and address constituents’ concerns, at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 22, at the Miami Lakes Branch Library, 6699 Windmill Gate Road.
Following executive orders signed by new President Donald Trump, local residents may want to know how the decrees affect them.
Diaz-Balart has represented the 25th district in the Miami areas since 2003, which includes Miami Lakes, Hialeah, much of northwestern Miami-Dade County and the northern portion of the Everglades.
He is also vice chair of the Financial Services and General Government Subcommittee, a member of the State, Foreign Operations and Related Programs subcommittee and the Transportation, Housing and Urban Development and Related Agencies subcommittee.
