Miami Lakes offers an array of services and information through the “Lakes Life Mobile App.” It enables residents to submit any service request such as potholes and/or sidewalk damage and to stay informed.
Simply take a picture and the app will find the location. The request will be immediately routed to the appropriate department and the sender will be notified the instant the request is received and resolved.
Residents can also sign up to receive event reminders as well as traffic and weather alerts.
The award-winning “Lakes Life” was proposed by Councilmember Tony Lama and can be used on all Apple and Android products.
