Nominations due by May 10 for Town's Military Tribute Banners campaign

The Town of Miami Lakes and the Veterans Committee will recognize and pay tribute to Miami Lakes’ military heroes for their sacrifice. Thanks to project sponsor Miami Lakes Automall, family members and loved ones may now nominate an active duty service member, reservist, veteran, or retired member from any branch of the military to be honored with a street banner with the individual’s name and photo.
To qualify, honorees must be a Miami Lakes resident or business owner. The banners will be prominently displayed on Miami Lakes Drive.
