If you love Miami Lakes, show it in pictures by entering the “2021: 20 Years of Growing Beautifully” photo contest.
Judges want to see how photographers capture the hometown feel and stunning views of the community, the town said.
Photos should also reflect the photographer’s favorite place or thing to do in town.
Winners are eligible for prizes: $100 for first place, $50 for second place and $25 each for third place and People’s Choice.
Winning photographers’ work will also be recognized at a town council meeting.
Photos must be taken within town boundaries and images of the landscape, buildings, parks and scenery are recommended.
Photos should be sent in a jpg format, 300 dots per inch, and no smaller than 800 pixels wide by 600 pixels high.
The submission form is online.
The deadline is Wednesday, March 24th by midnight.
