The Town of Miami Lakes is preparing and finalizing its 2018-2019 budget. The agendas for each of the workshop and hearings may be viewed at www.miamilakes-fl.gov/agenda. Residents are invited to attend or view the workshop and hearings on the following schedule:
Budget Workshop – 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 21, at Town Hall. An audio file will be available 24 hours after the workshop at https://bit.ly/2M7J6QN.
First Public Budget Hearing – 5:05 p.m. on Tuesday, September 4, at Town Hall.
Second Public Budget Hearing – 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 18, at Town Hall.
Live Streaming of both Public Hearings will be available on the Town’s website www.miamilakes-fl.gov/meetings, or on the Town’s Facebook page at https://facebook.com/townofmiamilakes.
Residents wishing to participate virtually may submit remote public comments directly to cleark@miamilakes-fl.gov. Participants may send video directly from their phone, upload video to YouTube and forward link, or utilize cloud service such as DropBox to share the video.
