Miami Lakes Town Council will host a School Safety Community Workshop at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 19, at the Roberto Alonso Community Center, 16500 N.W. 87 Avenue.
Participation from Miami-Dade County Public Schools, principals and administrative leaders from private schools, Miami-Dade County Police Department, and members of the Town’s Education Advisory Board and Public Safety Committee is expected.
The workshop will provide residents with the opportunity to address their questions and concerns. Residents are urged to submit their questions ahead of time via www.miami-lakes-fl.gov/schoolsafety.
