Parents who want to celebrate their high school or college graduates have until April 27 to submit forms for the Class of 2026 graduation banners.
Presented by the Town of Miami Lakes and its Education Advisory Board, the banners are hung along Miami Lakes Drive for three months.
They feature the graduate’s photo, full name and the school they will graduate from.
To participate, parents must fill out paperwork and upload the student’s graduation photo. The cost is $189.93 per banner. At the end of the campaign, parents can pick-up the banner to keep.
Sales are open to students who are residents or non-residents who attend Miami Lakes schools, or graduating residents, regardless of their school or its location, such as a university that is outside of
Florida.
The town cannot guarantee placement of a banner. Orders will not be confirmed until 40 banners are sold. Sales will run until April 27. For information call 305-364-6100 or go to
