Symphony of the Americas performs in Miami Lakes

     The Town of the Miami Lakes and its Cultural Affairs Committee hosted the annual Symphony of the Americas Summerfest at Miami Lakes United Methodist Church on Aug. 17. The musicians performed music from Mozart, Bach and Vivaldi, Committee Chair Felicia Salazar said in an email. The performance was also streamed live from the church to its congregation, she said. The symphony has returned for over 20 years to perform in Miami Lakes.
