During the September 4 regular Town Council meeting, Mayor Manny Cid and councilmembers recognized the winners and honorable mentions of the 2018 “Capture a Miami Lakes Moment” Photo Contest. Prizes were presented to Juan Carlos Garcia (1st place), Daniel Rodriguez (2nd place), Jose Alvarez (3rd place), Andres Suarez and Susanna Inguanzo (honorable mentions).
