Town invites applications for neighborhood matching grants program

Town of Miami Lakes invites residents, neighborhoods and homeowner associations (HOAs) to apply for the Neighborhood Matching Grant Program which encourages neighborhoods to play and work together in a dynamic fashion in order to accomplish neighborhood-based goals and objectives.
The grant provides an opportunity to make improvements and/or enhancements to ensure their long-term viability. The Town will match dollar for dollar, up to $5,000, per application.
The program’s intent is to support a comprehensive beautification strategy managed by the Town with the recommendation of the Neighborhood Improvement Committee. The projects would improve the physical, cultural and recreational conditions in Miami Lakes’ neighborhoods.
