More than 100,000 older adults will be participating all over the U.S. to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of National Senior Health and Fitness Day.

Miami Lakes will host a pop-up Zumba Fitness Class to mark the occasion from 11 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, May 30, at the Mary Collins Community Center, 15151 N.W. 82 Avenue, sponsored by Corvo & Calas.

The common goal for the day is to help keep older Americans healthy and fit. Always held on the last Wednesday in May, National Senior Health and Fitness Day is the nation’s largest annual health and wellness event for older adults.
