Mayor Manny Cid and Councilmembers Luis Collazo and Nelson Rodriguez recently welcomed Miami Lakes resident Dr. Ginnie Castellanos, MPHS, ICS, and NSU alumna, to help open her new store, Eye Candy, at 6807 Main Street. Castellanos offers digital eye exams, high fashion eyewear, eye candy, and edible candy.
