12th Annual B-Fore Pink Breast Cancer golf tournament draws 100 golfers

    The Women’s Breast & Heart Initiative hosted its 12th Annual B-Fore Pink Breast Cancer golf tournament at the Miami Lakes Golf Club on Oct. 6. 

     The Miami Lakes-based charity provides early detection resources and health education and helps coordinate care for at-risk patients. The cause drew 100 golfers to the event.  Andrea Ivory, WBHI’s founder and executive director, welcomed players. Saxophonist Steve Reason performed the national anthem.
