American High student-athlete Viviana Reyes has recently generated the interest of Barry University and ASA College among other local colleges, as the softball star has put up impressive numbers in her three seasons in high school.

As the former Goleman High player enters her senior season, she was amongst the top second baseman in the district, according to The Miami Herald, and she led the Gators in hitting for three seasons.

She helped her team advance to three consecutive district finals.

Now at American, Reyes is expected to resume her stellar performance as college scouts from Barry University, ASA College and other colleges will be intently observing her, especially against the top-ranked teams from Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
