CBRE won the coveted trophy in the 18th Annual Broker’s Challenge Golf
Tournament held Nov. 4 at The Senator Course at Shula’s Golf Club in Miami Lakes.
The event was hosted by The Graham Companies’ Steve Style, vice president of marketing and Philip Wyllie, leasing manager, Graham Commercial.
Brokers from the area’s top real estate firms participated that day.
CBRE’s foursome were Andrew Fernandez; Mateo Coman; Devin White and Nicolas Palazzo.
The tournament is more than just a day to network on the golf course. Most importantly, it gives the winning firm bragging rights for a year!
Per a tradition similar to the Stanley Cup in professional hockey, CBRE will keep the trophy, which will be engraved with the winners’ names, in their office until next year’s contest.
The tournament is a scramble, best ball format. The winning team must all be employed by the same firm. Mixed foursomes are allowed to play, but are not eligible to win the trophy.
