Miami Lakes Cultural Affairs Committee will host the annual Father’s Day Fishing Tournament from 8 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 16, at the Miami Lakes Optimist Park Marina, 6411 N.W. 162 Street.
The free family-oriented event is designed for a fun-filled Saturday morning and no experience is necessary. All equipment, including life jackets and fishing rods will be provided.
There will be a competition to win prizes for most fish and the biggest fish.
