Following a strong run in the regular season, the Pace High School’s girls volleyball team ended the post-season after a 3-0 loss to Pine Crest High School at the Class A Regional Quarterfinals on Wednesday, October 25.
While the Spartans finished 13-6 overall this season, they fought hard in the hopes for a State Championship title with wins against district opponents iMater Prep Academy, MAST Academy and Miami Edison Senior High.
During the last home game on October 10, the Spartans celebrated the senior teammates at “Senior Night.” The gym at Pace High School was decorated with balloons and posters commemorating the hard work and dedication each of the eight senior players had put into making this a successful season for the Spartans.
