Sports Hall of Fame accepting nominations

The Town of Miami Lakes and its Sports Hall of Fame Committee are calling for nominations to the Sports Hall of Fame.
Inductees in the past three classes include former Miami Dolphins coaches, professional football and baseball players, high school athletes and community builders as well as Optimist Club members who have dedicated decades of their lives to youth sports.
Athletes, coaches, community members and teams from the town who have made outstanding contributions or achievements in sports are worthy nominees.
An individual or team that brought positive recognition to the town will also be considered.
The deadline is Friday, April 3. A nomination form can be found at https://bit.ly/38XUYwL.
