Blanco elected to lead largest local Realtor association in the U.S.

The MIAMI Association of Realtors installed Realtor Eddie Blanco of Miami Lakes as its chairman in 2025.
The election happened Feb. 7 at the organization’s awards celebration at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood.
“Real estate is about more than transactions,” Blanco said in a press release. “It’s about building communities, empowering people and shaping the future.”
Blanco owns Stratwell real estate brokerage with offices in Palm Springs North and Naples.
He is also a director at the National Association of Realtors and chairs the Florida Realtors’ State and Local Taxation Think Tank, the statement said.
He is married to Arianna Blanco and has four children.
