Miami Lakes Chamber of Commerce will welcome Miami Lakes Mayor Manny Cid as its guest speaker during the February 8 general membership luncheon meeting at Shula’s Hotel, 6842 Main Street.
Cid will be speaking on the topic of “The Role of Municipalities in Our Local Economy.” This will be followed by a question and answer session with the Mayor and Councilmembers.
“I look forward to speaking to our business community and participating in a lively Q & A session with my colleagues,” Cid said. “My goal as mayor is to help create an environment where businesses can thrive in our beautiful town.”
