Main Street Players auditions for ‘Te Juro Juana, Que Tengo Ganas’ will be held Monday, September 24 and Tuesday, September 25 at 7 p.m. until 10 p.m. at the Main Street Playhouse, 6809 Main Street. The play will run from November 30 to December 16.
Characters include:
•Juana Feria is an 40-year-old single woman, dreamer and teacher.
• Diógenes Feria is an 70-year-old director of a teaching center and the father of Juana.
• Estáfor Vera is an 24-year-old aspiring poet.
• Librado is an 45-year-old president and administrator for the teaching center.
• Inés Mercado is an 23-year-old art student from a private school.
• Evangelina Chi is an 50-year-old librarian.
• Serafina is an 80-year-old servant of the Feria house.
Audition requirements include a recent headshot and resume. All actors must prepare a one to two minute monologue. Actors will receive compensation for this show.
