The Graham Companies announced signed leases for several new businesses that will be joining the retail mix at the Cypress Village Shopping Center on Miami Lakes Drive.
The new tenants will include Starbucks, with a drive-thru lane; European Wax Center; 1000 Degree Pizza; Massage Green; and Dr. Limon Ceviche Bar, all set to open soon in the newly renovated center.
Cypress Village Shopping Center, owned and managed by The Graham Companies, is currently undergoing a major renovation. The work involves the design and building of a new, 12,000 sq. ft. building as well as a complete overhaul to the exterior of the existing buildings. Brand new sidewalks, lighting, tile roofs, hurricane impact glass storefront, signage, landscaping, and parking are all part of the scope of work.
During the renovation work, all businesses are open and ready to serve Miami Lakes residents.
