Painting With A Twist, 15100 N.W. 67 Avenue in Miami Lakes, partners every month with a charity to give back to the community, so when the opportunity to partner with Feeding South Florida for their “Paint South Florida Orange” event it seemed only natural to do so.
“We are thrilled to be able to help,” said Painting With A Twist co-owner Yaime Riveiro.
Feeding South Florida is a non-profit organization whose mission is to end food insecurity in South Florida. September is Hunger Action Month, and as such, Feeding South Florida will have 30 days of activities throughout the month to bring awareness to the mission and to raise funds and food. The theme “Paint South Florida Orange” is reflected in the art piece chosen for that day’s painting at the Miami Lakes location.
