The Miami Lakes Chamber of Commerce and the town’s Economic Development Committee welcomed Llanos Dental Group with a ribbon cutting on Jan. 31.
Dr. Laura Llanos, who owns the practice, was joined by friends and family at her new dental practice.
“We have had a long time coming to open this office,” Llanos said of her practice that is at 7735 NW 146th St. She called launching a business in her hometown a “full circle” moment, having grown up in Miami Lakes. “We’re really happy to be in the town.”
“You could have chosen anywhere in South Florida, but you chose Miami Lakes,” Mayor Manny Cid said.
