   Miami-Dade County says Christmas trees -- clean and without decorations -- may be disposed of in three ways: --Drop trees off at a trash and recycling center. The closest one to town is at 7870 NW 178th St. in Palm Springs North.      The employees of Miami Lakes AutoMall collected more than 700 toys before Christmas for its 20th annual toy drive.
