Town offers teens a chance to make sandbags, earn service hours

It’s the rainy season, and recent heavy downpours flooded town streets with excess water that rose toward front doors.  The Town of Miami Lakes is offering teenagers an opportunity to earn community service hours by making sandbags to help protect properties.
