UPDATE: Weekly food truck festival postponed in Miami Lakes

     A weekly outdoor gathering that was to begin on Thursday, Jan. 27 and every Thursday night thereafter has been postponed. The event, called Food Trucks + More, is still planned to eventually be held in the municipal parking lot along New Barn Road near Northwest 67th Avenue in Miami Lakes.      Giving Gators hosted its first charity softball tournament, “Slugging for Toys” at Miami Lakes Optimist Park on Dec. 18.
