A county-wide curfew imposed after demonstrations turned violent in downtown Miami delayed the reopening of beaches, including those in Miami Lakes. Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church in Miami Lakes resumed Masses May 26 after being closed during the first months of the coronavirus outbreak.
