  Miami Lakes Elderly Affairs Committee announced it will host a Halloween Senior Social on Saturday, October 26. The free event will be held at the Royal Oaks Park Community Center, 16500 N.W. 87 Avenue, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and will feature music, entertainment, raffles and lunch.   Senator Rene Garcia was presented with the Town of Miami Lakes Seal during his visit to Town Hall in late September.
