'Jerry's Squad' prepares to help seniors and disabled residents

Are you a senior and/or disable resident of the Town of Miami Lakes that needs assistance with hurricane preparation for the 2019 season?
Miami Lakes Elderly Affairs Committee (EAC) has brought back “Jerry’s Squad,” a Hurricane Preparedness Assistance Program for seniors or disabled residents who require assistance for an upcoming weather event.
The program is also in need of volunteers to assist with Jerry’s Squad. Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age and must also apply.
Deadline to submit applications is Friday, May 31.
