Miami Lakes Branch Library, in partnership with The Children’s Trust Read to Learn Books for Free Program, held a special reading circle with special presenters – Mayor Manny Cid and Councilmember Luis Collazo – who read and brought their favorite children’s stories to life. The free book program collects books for children and parents in need throughout Miami-Dade and distributes them to 40 different locations.
