Beat the summer heat with a refreshing and delicious frozen strawberry Margarita.
Wipe the rim of a glass with a cut lime and dip the moistened edge in a shallow dish of Margarita salt or kosher salt.
Fill a blender with:
1 cup ice
1 pound hulled strawberries 1 cup tequila
2/3 cup lime juice
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup Triple Sec
Blend until smooth. Let mixture rest for a minute, then skim foam off the top.
Pour into a Margarita glass, garnish with a fresh lime slice and a strawberry and enjoy!
