Miami Lakes Elderly Affairs Committee has scheduled a variety of events for senior residents during June.
Lunch Bunch and Bingo - Wednesdays, June 12 and 26, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Mary Collins Community Center, 15151 N.W. 82 Avenue. Seniors can socialize and make new friends while having fun and enjoying free nutritious lunches. Reservations now open for the June 12 event and will open on June 19 for the June 26 event. Senior Field Trip: Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort on Wednesday, June 19, sponsored by The Graham Companiesd. The bus will leave at 10 a.m. from the Optimist Clubhouse, 6411 N.W. 162 Street.

Senior Field Trip to Miami Marlins baseball game vs. the Washington Nationals - Thursday, June 27, sponsored by The Graham Companies. For town residents only that are 55 years and above.
Transportation provided to and from Marlins Ballpark. Bus will leave at 6 p.m. from Miami Lakes Optimist Clubhouse, 6411 N.W. 162 Street.
