Lunch Bunch, Western Social and Marlins baseball on tap for seniors in July

Miami Lakes Elderly Affairs Committee (EAC) has scheduled a variety of events for senior residents during June.
Lunch Bunch and Bingo - Wednesdays, July 10 and 24, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Mary Collins Community Center, 15151 N.W. 82 Avenue. Seniors can socialize and make new friends while having fun and enjoying free nutritious lunches. Reservations are required for both events. Visit toml.eventbrite.com.
Senior Western Social is a trip to the Wild Wild West with the EAC from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 3, at Roberto Alonso Community Center, 16500 N.W. 87 Avenue. The fun and free event will be catered by Mission BBQ. Reservations open at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 6 at toml.eventbrite.com.
Senior Field Trip to Miami Marlins baseball game vs. the San Diego Padres on Thursday, July 18. For town residents only that are 55 years and above.
Transportation provided to and from Marlins Ballpark. Bus will leave at 11 a.m. from Miami Lakes Optimist Clubhouse, 6411 N.W. 162 Street. Reservations available at toml.eventbrite.com.
