Miami Lakes Home Health Care Center (Miami Lakes HHC) has been serving the Miami Lakes community since 2008 though they have recently relocated to 6710 Main Street, Suite #236.
Miami Lakes HHC provides excellent service to home bound patients in the comfort of their own homes. Services include nursing, home health aids, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and a medical social worker that are specifically provided for Medicare recipients.
Home health care is essential for many within the elderly population who may live alone or have caregivers who work during the day. Post-hospitalization care is also provided.
Miami Lakes HHC's mission is to care for every patient's special needs with an emphasis on patient education. With a simple phone call, eligibility for the center can be determined and professional medical help can come right to one's doorstep.
In addition to meeting patient needs, the center is CHAP (Community Health Accreditation Program) accredited, ACHA Licensed, and Medicare certified.
