The Eagle Nest Center near Main Street in Miami Lakes is a two-story professional building that has banking, surgical, medical and dental tenants as well as a restaurant.
It is owned by The Graham Companies and was built in 2006.
The building, at 15517 NW 67th Ave., has a cream and yellow façade with a barrel tile roof. It anchors the northeast corner of Eagle Nest Lane and Northwest 67th Avenue.
One tenant is Miami Lakes Surgery Center, whose patients enter the eastern side of the building beneath an awning, near the parking lot.
Chris Londono, the administrator at the surgery center, said, “We definitely like the building. We’ve been here easily more than five years, for sure.”
Outpatient surgeries, colonoscopies and endoscopies are performed in the second floor space, he said.
“It’s a good set-up for the patients, they can park right in front of the awning at the entrance,” Londono said.
Neighborhood perks include walkability and lots of restaurants for employees to choose from.
“It’s a good vibe around Miami Lakes, and for the employees it’s near Main Street if they want to get lunch,” Londono said.
“It’s Graham properties and for me, I like the cleanliness of the area, the whole city, really. This whole area is really, really nice.”
He said the surgical center is also convenient for doctors whose offices are across Northwest 67th Avenue.
“Some of them come here to do their procedures,” Londono said. “We have a nurse who lives nearby, and she walks 20 steps to work.”
In addition to the Miami Lakes Surgery Center, tenants include Pei Wei Restaurant; U.S. Century Bank which also has a drive-thru; Main Street Dentistry and Pediatric Associates.
Philip Wyllie, commercial leasing manager for The Graham Companies, said there is a 2,590 square foot ground floor retail space available.
