Miami Lakes Elderly Affairs Committee announced the next free field trip for Miami Lakes residents, 55 years an above, is scheduled for Saturday, March 4, to the History Miami Museum.
History Miami Museum is a premier cultural institution committed to collecting, preserving and celebrating Miami’s history as the unique crossroads of the Americas. Being a part of the prestigious Smithsonian Institution Affiliations Program provides opportunities to share resources in programming, collections, scholarship, and technical expertise – and entitles the Museum to bring world-acclaimed Smithsonian exhibitions to South Florida.
History Miami Museum connects people by telling the stories of Miami’s communities, individuals,, places and events.
