Miami Lakes residents 55 years and older are invited to join the Miami Lakes Elderly Affairs Committee from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 8, for a Thanksgiving Social and a chance to meet new friends and have a great time.
The social will be held at the Mary Collins Community Center, 15151 N.W. 82 Avenue.
Attendees are urged to bring non-perishable and canned goods to receive an extra raffle ticket.
