Support local schools and charities/non-profits thought shopping at Amazon Smile

Amazon Smile gives customers shopping the world wide web the opportunity to support schools, churches, charities and nonprofit organizations they care about by donating 5 percent of the price of eligible purchases. A number of Miami Lakes organizations participate in Amazon Smile and by changing settings on an Amazon account, residents can help boost their community. To find these organizations, type in the name listed below into the search engine. 

The participating schools are: 

Barbara Goleman High School PTSA, Gator Swamp Football Inc., Miami Lakes Educational PTSA, American Senior High School PTSA, Hialeah Gardens High School PTSA, Mater Academy Charter High PTSA, Jose Marti Mast 6-12 Academy PTSA, Miami Lakes K-8 Center PTSA, Bob Graham K-8 Center PTA, Bobcat Law Society Inc, Country Club Middle PTSA, Hialeah Gardens Middle PTSA, Hialeah Gardens Elementary PTA, and Joella C Good Elementary Pta. 

The participating churches are: 

Miami Lakes Baptist Church (now known as Elevate Church) and Miami Lakes United Methodist Church. 

The participating organizations are: 

Zonta Club of Miami Lakes Foundation Inc, Main Street Players Inc, Miami Lakes United Soccer Club Inc, Catholic Hospice, Catholic Palliative Services, Park Project Inc, Breanna Vergara Foundation, Running with Danny Inc, Guardian Watch, Kiwanis Club of Hialeah Foundation, Womans Club of Hialeah (sic), Women’s Breast Health Initiative, and Ballet Etudes of South Florida Inc.
