Miami Lakes Youth Center “The Spot,” located at 6075 Miami Lakes Drive East, will be hosting the following programs and field trips for middle and high school students during July and August:
Friday, July 21 – Karaoke Night from 6 to 8 p.m. Bring instruments, voice, dance moves and talent to rock out with friends at the karaoke event.
Wednesday, July 26 – Open Hang Night from 6 to 8 p.m. The Youth Center is fully equipped with a billiard table, table tennis, indoor basketball shootout game, Microsoft Xbox One Console, and more. Bring friends for a night full of fun and games.
Friday, August 4 – Game Show Trivia Night from 6 to 8 p.m. Get teams together and compete with topics ranging from movies and celebrities to history and sports.
Saturday, August 5 – Action Town Florida Field Trip. Get ready for laser tag, glow in the dark miniature golf and bumper cars, arcade games, rock climbing and more. Space is limited for this fun field trip and $20 registration fee is required.
Wednesday, August 9 – Atari Night from 6 to 8 p.m. Play some of the most classic throwback games including Pac-Man, Dalaga and more in an arcade style tournament.
Friday, August 18 – White Hot Party “Back to School Bash” from 6 to 8 p.m. Don’t forget to wear white.
