If you are a senior and/or disabled resident in the Town of Miami Lakes that need assistance with hurricane preparations for the 2018 Hurricane Season, this information will be important.
Miami Lakes Elderly Affairs Committee (EAC) has brought back “Jerry’s Squad,” a Hurricane Preparedness Assistance Program for seniors or disabled residents who require assistance to prepare their homes in the event of an upcoming storm.
The program is also in need of volunteers to assist Jerry’s Squad and must be at least 18 years of age and need to apply as do those residents who require assistance.
